Southmayd Home is a partner in residents’ payments, subsidizing half of the living costs. Subsidized funding is due in part to the legacies of many residents past and present, as well as generous community donors. This tradition has been in place since 1898 enabling Southmayd to offer an affordable alternative to living alone or in a franchise assisted living setting.
