Each resident has a private room at Southmayd Home, to assure them the feeling of independence and self-sufficiency. Residents may add personal items to replicate the comforts of home.

Three well-balanced meals are included in the monthly fee- breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal is served in the resident dining room where residents sit family style.

Garden Park
The backyard garden park features an open patio area, safe walking paths that meander through the lush gardens, and the pond and waterfall.
A 24-hour resident care department, led by a full-time registered nurse, is included in the monthly fee — offering personalized support like medication administration while helping residents maintain their independence.
Resident Care
SERVICES
The monthly fee includes three full meals- breakfast, lunch, and dinner – served in the dining room and three snacks served morning, afternoon, and evening in between mealtimes. Alternative meal options are provided for each meal and residents provide recipe requests for upcoming menus.
Dietary
The onsite maintenance department ensures the facility and resident maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
Maintenance
Housekeeping services are included in the monthly rate and are available 7 days a week. Personal laundry service is included with the monthly rate. Residents’ clothes are laundered weekly by an in-house laundress.
