Executive Director

Kara has been a part of the Southmayd team since 2015. She has her master’s in public health and 14 years’ experience in management. Kara plans and effectively manages all operations and activities of Southmayd Home.

RN Supervisor

Jackie has been on the Southmayd team since 2019. She is a registered nurse and has 31 years’ experience in the nursing field. Jackie ensures Southmayd Home provides quality care services to all residents.

Outreach Coordinator

Crystal initially began her work with Southmayd in 2008 in the resident care department. She has been in her current outreach position since 2021. Crystal builds strategic relationships within the community and conducts a variety of outreach activities.

Recreation Coordinator

Stephanie has been on the Southmayd team since 2016. She has 16 years’ experience planning activities for groups of all ages. Stephanie plans and implements an on-going program of activities designed to meet the interests and the physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident.

Kitchen Manager

Mario began his work with Southmayd Home in 2021. He has over 30 years' experience in the food service industry. Mario effectively plans and prepares well-balanced meals and snacks for residents.
